A Day at the Beach 🏖️
Mia woke up early on Saturday morning. She was very excited because her family was going to the beach. After breakfast, Mia helped her mum pack sandwiches and fruit into a cooler.
When they arrived at the beach, Mia put on her sunscreen. Then she ran straight into the water with her brother Tom. They splashed and played in the waves for a long time.
After swimming, Mia and Tom were hungry. They ate their sandwiches on a big beach towel. The sandwiches tasted delicious!
In the afternoon, Mia built a huge sandcastle with her bucket and spade. She decorated it with shells she found on the sand.
When the sun started to go down, it was time to go home. Mia was tired but happy. It had been a wonderful day at the beach.
